Lisa Baker PhD, Co-Founder & Lead Consultant:  As a psychologist, consultant, and mindfulness teacher, Dr. Baker works collaboratively with individuals and organizations addressing leadership and organizational head-shot-4development, and team-building, as well as processes to support wellbeing, excellence and sustainability. She has worked with a range of organizations and businesses, including YWCA-Madison, United Way, SSM Health, Wisconsin Public Radio (WPR), CUNA Mutual Group, and WI State Public Defenders. In addition to her consultation and program development work, Dr. Baker is faculty in the Social Innovation and Sustainability Leadership Program (SISL) at Edgewood College where she teaches mindful leadership courses. Dr. Baker is Director of the Engaged Mindfulness CoLab at SISL, coordinating and facilitating intensive trainings and learning communities integrating reflective, awareness-based  practices (i.e., mindfulness) in the ongoing work of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and social transformation. On a national level, Dr. Baker has served as Co-Chair for the Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Advisory Committee for the Center for Mindfulness, UMass, Worchester, MA.

Elizabeth H. Winston, PhD, Co-Founder & Lead Consultant: Dr. Elizabeth H. Winston is a licensed psychologist and buselizabeth-head-shotiness consultant who has taught workshops on managing multiple generations in the workplace and improving workplace communication.  She has provided consultation to clinics, law firms, and other business, including Northwestern Mutual and the West Virginia Broadcasters Association.  Dr. Winston, a clinical instructor of advanced psychological assessment at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, has a strong background in psychological testing and assessment and is able to efficiently integrate data to form a broad and deep understanding of interpersonal and organizational dynamics.
