Elizabeth H. Winston, PhD, Principal & Lead Consultant: Dr. Elizabeth H. Winston is a licensed psychologist and business consultant who has taught workshops on managing multiple generations in the workplace and improving workplace communication. She has provided consultation to clinics, law firms, and other business, including Northwestern Mutual and the West Virginia Broadcasters Association. Elizabeth has extensive expertise in providing psychologically-informed consultation to high conflict teams and organizations, including providing consultation to and skill-building for teams and leaders with the goal of creating more authentic and empathic workplaces. Her organizational development and culture work integrates a focus on deep systemic change leading to true equity and inclusion.
Elizabeth, a clinical instructor of advanced psychological assessment at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, has a strong background in psychological testing and assessment and is able to efficiently integrate data to form a broad and deep understanding of interpersonal and organizational dynamics.
